How do I make a booking?

How much does it cost?

We aim to provide our customers with an open, honest and fair pricing system. Our standard pricing model is as follows:


Pick up fee
Per minute
Per mile
Minimum fee
Cancellation fee (< 30 mins)

These prices for a booking placed 4h before pickup, and with a 2h pickup window, and not fully within our “Lunch surcharge” period.

Any waiting or loading/unloading time is charged as the Per minute rate listed above.

The following modifiers apply:
Notice Period: From -3% for an order placed 24h or more ahead to +10% (+25% for trailers) for a next hour (or less) order
Pickup Window: From -10% for a 4h pickup window to +10% for a 25min (or less) pickup window
Lunch surcharge: +70% for jobs fully between 11:00 and 12:30
Admin surcharge: +10% for jobs placed by our staff on your behalf

Do you do events / removals / weddings etc?

Yes we do.  You can rent our bikes out (with rider) for your special events. Please get in touch for a quote.

Is it safe?

Cycling in London is, despite public perception, relatively safe.  We ensure all of our staff are extremely well trained – not only to ride our unusual bikes, but also to deal with traffic – and our review system ensures that dangerous riders are given a chance to correct their behaviour before being excluded from the app if this behaviour continues.

What if it rains?

London is one of the driest regions in the UK, with rain on less than 1/3 of all days in the year. In fact, if you commuted by bike for 20 minutes once per week, the chances of getting wet are less than 1/1000!

However, on the off chance that there is rain, we recommend that you are appropriately dressed for the weather
