Alternatively, you can contact us on social media or send us an email with your name, billing address and booking details. Please include pickup and drop-off addresses, including any contact details and special instructions that your rider may need to know.
How much does it cost?
We aim to provide our customers with an open, honest and fair pricing system. Our standard pricing model is as follows:
Bookings are subject to a 25% surcharge on weekends and between 10.30am–1pm (lunch) and 6pm–8am (night) on weekdays.
Get a 5% discount when you book and pay through our app
Customers who book through our app automatically receive a 5% discount. Additionally, business customers who pay via Direct Debit are also eligible for a 5% discount.

Is it safe?
Cycling in London is, despite public perception, relatively safe. We ensure all of our staff are extremely well trained – not only to ride our unusual bikes, but also to deal with traffic – and our review system ensures that dangerous riders are given a chance to correct their behaviour before being excluded from the app if this behaviour continues.
What if it rains?
London is one of the driest regions in the UK, with rain on less than 1/3 of all days in the year. In fact, if you commuted by bike for 20 minutes once per week, the chances of getting wet are less than 1/1000! That said, for the occasions when it does rain our passenger bikes are equipped with storm umbrellas and thermal ponchos to keep you warm and dry.
